About the Company

Whilst Harmony is a relatively new company, it’s parent company Time for Flowers has earned its stripes in the wedding industry, time and time again. Winning multiple prestigious awards the team became recognised as one of the key players in the North-West wedding scene.

About the Team​

Tom and Chantelle have both been in the flower industry since 2003, working at senior levels for a national florist the pair knew they wanted to create something truly special which was theirs and exactly how they wanted it to be!

Fast-forward 10 years the husband and wife team launched Time for Flowers and slowly built the business from the ground up, being careful not to make mistakes they had seen their employers make, ensuring they remained connected with their customers, listened to their requirements and always tried to over-deliver on their promises.

This proved to be a formula which bode well with their customer base and the small two person team, grew and grew. Today the team stands a whopping 20 staff, all with their varying skill sets from qualified florists, to electrician/handyman, to events assistants who can transform venues in the blink of an eye.

How we came to be

During the first lockdown of 2020, we used the downtime from running the shop to truly ask ourselves, how can we give our customers a better service -we struggled to find much that we could do on the flower front -we already obsessed over detail to ensure the flower element of the wedding day was as good as possible.

But there was a niggle -event dressers, venue stylists etc! All too often we would turn up to events where we felt the client was being let down by the team we felt should have been the ones obsessing over details.

That’s when the Eureka moment happened and the concept of Harmony was created.

It was clear when we launched Harmony our current couples felt this was a great addition as the response was phenomenal.

As a business, it’s ingrained in our culture to constantly listen to customers, watch out for emerging trends, surround ourselves with the best staff, the most creative businesses within the industry
